Control Sources is on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week offering 2 hour emergency response time to our critical customers. Our technicians operate service vehicles, which contain all the tools required for the trade and a small inventory of parts for emergency service. Personnel carry Nextel cellular/2-way radio phones to stay in direct communication with customers, the office and each other. For sites equipped with modems, technicians can remotely connect via modem equipped laptops for immediate customer response.
