As the authorized
Staefa Control Systems and Andover Control Systems dealer for the Baltimore
metropolitan area Control Sources is committed to be the premier temperature
controls provider in the local market. We build relationships with our customers
based on mutual trust and respect. Our employees are honest, competent and
self-motivated to deliver true value to our customers at all times. Control
Sources differentiates itself from competitors through our Total Satisfaction
approach to the customer instead of the profit-driven bottom line philosophy
of others.
Control Sources works with customers and engineers to provide reliable, cost-effective
temperature control, building automation and energy management systems utilizing
Staefa and Andover DDC controls, and Siemens pneumatic controls. Control Sources
specializes in proactive, problem-solving control solutions for our customers
including control system design, software generation, system installation,
commissioning, monitoring, service and consulting services. In addition to
Staefa and Andover controls, we are experienced with direct digital control
systems by leading manufacturers such as Johnson Controls, Landis & Staefa,
Honeywell, Barber Coleman and Carrier.
Advances in control system technology, open systems, BACnet-compatibility
and decreasing DDC price points make system conversions and upgrades viable
alternatives to high price manufacturers service contracts. Control Sources
experience with various manufacturers systems allows us to provide the specialized
solutions customers require during this evolution process.
Control Sources is on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week offering 2 hour emergency
response time to our critical customers. Our technicians operate service vehicles,
which contain all the tools required for the trade and a small inventory of
parts for emergency service. Personnel carry Nextel cellular/2-way radio phones
to stay in direct communication with customers, the office and each other.
For sites equipped with modems, technicians can remotely connect via modem
equipped laptops for immediate customer response.
